Rich Morin's path to real estate began at the dinner table. Growing up in Lincoln, Rhode Island, he started helping in his family's restaurants at age 12 — and watched as his parents made a defining decision: purchasing the land beneath the restaurants themselves. That single move sparked a lifelong fascination with real estate as the foundation beneath every business, every home, and every family's future.
Today, Rich is a licensed REALTOR® with Seven Gables Real Estate in Orange County, California (CA DRE #01955316), bringing more than three decades of real estate experience to his clients. Before relocating west, he built an established East Coast career — first licensed in 2006 in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts — that grew from his early years as a property investor, founder of a Vermont-based property management company, and owner of a custom home building company.
